✦ References are required and must be provided (e.i. character reference sheet,pose inspirations, outfits, colour palette, etc.), if none are provided, an additional fee of $12.50 USD will be applied.✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission for the following reasons:- I am unable to bring your idea to life
-I am uncomfortable with client request or and/or client interaction
-Failure to complete payment
-Unreliable communication with client. etc✦ I reserve all rights to commission work and any and all work done during the making of the commission.
✦ I may or may not upload your commission to my social media, the client can request to not have their commission uploaded.✦ All commissions have 2 free revisions included. Additional revisions will have an additional fee of $5 USDRevisions Definition:Major adjustments are counted as Revisions. Any changes you’d like to the Pose, Colour Palette, Composition and any other major changesMinor adjustments are NOT counted as Revisions. Any small changes such as thickness of limbs/eye colour/small details and such, do not count as a revision as I would like to be as accurate as possible in your commission.

✦ PayPal ONLY in USD or CAD. An invoice will be sent to you. Please do not add addresses to your payment as I am not sending you a physical item.

✦ LV. 0 Background (Flat Colour, shapes, transparent): INCLUDED in commission.
✦ Lv 1. Backgrounds (1-Point Perspective, flat scene): +$12 USD
✦ Lv 2. Backgrounds (2-Point Perspective, dynamic scene): +$25 USD
✦ Full Refunds are available only if I have not yet sent you the initial sketch or if for a personal reason, I am unable to finish your commission.✦ If for any reason you decide to cancel your commission after the initial sketch has been sent, you will be refunded 70%. I will be allowed to use the sketch for other work.✦ If you decide to cancel well after the initial sketch has been approved and I have started the lineart, you will be refunded 50%.✦ NO refunds are available once commission is fully completed or nearly complete.

✦ Commissions turnaround time will vary depending on how many commissions I may have at a time. Average turnaround time is 2 weeks though may take up to a month or more✦ Average turnaround for Emotes are about 7-15 days.✦ If you need your commission for a certain date, please let me know at least 2 weeks in advance of the actual date.✦ If you’d still want a commission by a certain date and the 2 week in advance period has ended, a rush fee will be applied.✦ If you’d like to rush your commission, a rush fee of 30% will be applied.
✦ The client (you) can request to have their commission private. I will not post it to my portfolio nor will I post WIP’s on my social media if asked.✦ The client can use commission work for personal use ONLY, such as getting personal prints, reference sheets, wallpapers, icon, etc.✦ The client can upload commission artwork online with proper credit or with watermarked version AND proper credit.✦ The client can request to stay anonymous when posting art unless the commission is gift art.✦ The client can resize, crop, add flat backgrounds to transparent files, add text and other similar edits.✦ The client cannot edit the art itself such as redrawing parts of the art without my permission.✦ The client cannot use the art for commercial use without discussing it with the artist beforehand.
